Shipping policy

Digital products

Every sheet, kit and pack in this store is a digital download. Right after payment, your download link appears on the order page you see after checkout, and it is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. Digital products never carry a shipping charge.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email hello@opsbench.co with your order number and we will send the link again.

Printed products

The Daily Store Check Mug is printed to order by our print partner and shipped straight to you. We hold no stock, so your mug is printed after you order it.

Where we ship: addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost (Standard Delivery): $7.29 for the first mug, plus $3.09 for each additional mug. Checkout shows the exact shipping total before you pay. To order more than 12, email us first and we will arrange it.

Delivery time: 6 to 11 business days. This is the delivery estimate our print partner gives, the same one you see at checkout. Printing time is not listed separately, so allow a few extra business days for your mug to be printed before it ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays. If you need it by a certain date, email us before you order.

When your parcel ships, its tracking number is added to your order, and you can follow it from your order status page.

Check your address

Printed orders go to print automatically, so we may not be able to change the address once you have paid. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do what we can.

Late, lost or damaged

Late: if your parcel has not arrived by the end of the delivery estimate, email hello@opsbench.co with your order number. We will check the tracking with our print partner and tell you where it is.

Lost: if the parcel cannot be found, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Damaged or misprinted: email a photo to hello@opsbench.co within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Because each printed item is made for you, we do not take back undamaged printed items. Our Refund policy has the details.
