Refund policy

Digital products (every sheet, kit and pack in this store): if a file does not open, or is not what the product page described, email hello@opsbench.co within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the file.

Printed products (such as the Daily Store Check mug): each item is printed to order. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo to hello@opsbench.co within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. We do not take back undamaged printed items.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.
